TCG was founded by Furkan Tefe. Throughout his career, Furkan has worked across both corporate organizations and startup ecosystems, leading projects at different scales and got more than 20 rewards. One insight became clear over time: great ideas and well-designed projects often fail to create value due to the wrong strategy or weak execution. TCG was founded to close this gap.
